SEMPI®: Art, Sustainability, and Inclusion

At SEMPI®, we have chosen to do business in a SMART and SUSTAINABLE way, avoiding offices, fixed hours, paper consumption, and transportation for meetings. To strengthen our identity as a social enterprise, we adopt concrete measures.

For every new SME client, we jointly adopt a 3Bee beehive, and for every new accounting firm, we adopt an olive tree, symbolizing our social commitment. We are passionate about discovering new emerging talents, offering them sponsorship opportunities.

We are developing a circular economy platform to connect our clients and promote sustainability. We use technology to improve our work and that of our clients, with a concrete commitment to a greener and more inclusive future.

Choose SEMPI® and join us in creating a positive impact on our planet and communities. With SEMPI®, you not only optimize your business but also contribute to a more sustainable world.

Adopt a BEEHIVE

Adopt an OLIVE TREE

For each new client of the Accounting Firm,

SEMPI® commits to adopting a OLIVE TREE, together with the client.

Beyond sustainability, also inclusion

SEMPI® has made a significant decision regarding the composition of its team.

We have chosen to have the majority of our collaborators be women over 50 with a considerable amount of experience and a desire to redeem themselves. This choice can have several positive implications for both sustainability and inclusion:

  • Valuing Experience: Female employees over 50 bring with them a wealth of professional experience that can be valuable to the company. They can offer a mature perspective and skills acquired over the years.
  • Work flexibility: SEMPI® offers them the opportunity to organize their time at their discretion, working remotely. This type of flexibility can be an advantage for women over 50, allowing them to better balance work with other personal commitments.
  • Deadline anticipation: The fact that collaborators work remotely can encourage greater autonomy and responsibility in meeting deadlines. This could translate into increased efficiency.
  • Emergency management: The SEMPI® approach is focused on preventing emergency situations, which can contribute to a less stressful and more organized work environment.
