Problems and challenges:

Before the implementation of Sempi Method The company was facing difficulties in administrative and accounting management. The fragmented approach to tax accounting and booking control was not optimized, negatively affecting cash flow management and service timing.

Project objective:

The objective of the activity carried out was the transformation and simplification of management processes.

Objective achieved through the implementation of the Sempi Method for the client "Puglia Paradise," using Odoo and appropriate customizations to optimize accounting, administrative, and tax functions, while also providing sustainable strategic support in the long term.

Diagnosis and analysis of problems

At this stage, it was essential to break down each process to highlight areas for improvement.

The complex administrative and accounting procedures have been analyzed in detail using SWOT Analysis, where we identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats specific to the accounting and administrative structure of Puglia Paradise. This analysis highlighted the need to intervene on manual processes and to strengthen the management of communications and operational scalability to make each operation more intuitive.

The  Sempi Method helped to visualize each activity as part of an integrated flow, where with the principles of Lean Six Sigma we eliminated unnecessary steps and reduced variability in administrative and accounting procedures, making operations more efficient and reducing errors.


The identified issues included manual payment management, a lack of traceability in communications with customers, and an inadequate accounting system to ensure the necessary scalability.


Objectives of the Diagnosis


Based on the principles of the Balanced Scorecard, we have designed an accounting and management control system that is not only simplified and centralized but also highly scalable. This system has been conceived to support the company's growth while providing effective support for real-time operations. Our solution aims to optimize internal processes, improve visibility of business performance, and facilitate informed decision-making, thereby contributing to the long-term success of the organization.

The Sempi Method has been applied to reorganize the operations of Puglia Paradise according to principles of simplicity and transparency. The team participated in customized training sessions on the Sempi Method, developing key skills to simplify processes and reduce unnecessary activities. This tool has allowed Puglia Paradise to monitor and optimize the performance of the villas, make accurate revenue forecasts, and ensure financial planning in compliance with the regulations of the Business Crisis Control Code. This approach has improved the financial and operational stability of the company.
