👉 If there's one thing I've learned in my 30 years of experience, it's that complicating things is easy, simplifying is an art.

After spending a lifetime dealing with budgets, strategies, and business management as a CFO, I have seen too many entrepreneurs sink in bureaucracy and incomprehensible numbers. But instead of complaining, I decided to change things.

In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, I created Sempi®©, not because it was the perfect time (spoiler: it never is), but because it was time to revolutionize the way businesses are managed.

At the beginning, it was a test, 200 customers, an experiment that taught me that you don't need a thousand customers, but the right ones.

• I have learned to say NO.
• NO to the wrong partners.
• NO to clients who do not share our vision.
• NO to compromises that would have distorted the method.

And thanks to those NOs, today I say YES to 200 clients in Italy by 2025 and to expansion in Romania, Switzerland, and Malta in 2026.

Because now that I have learned to say NO, I say YES to Sempi.🚀
