Our mission
My name is Liana Gabriela Rotariu and I founded Sempi for a reason that is as simple as it is powerful: to simplify the complex in business management.
In a world where every day seems to bring a new deadline, a new regulation, a new software to learn on the fly, I felt the need – first for myself, then for others – to find a different way of doing business. A way that is more human, more sustainable, more clear.
Thus was born the Sempi Method®©: not a rigid system, but a flexible approach that starts with people and gives control, clarity, and direction to those running a business. It doesn't matter if you are an entrepreneur, a craftsman, an innovative startup, or a historic company: everyone, at some point, feels the need to bring order.

It is not about simplifying for the sake of simplifying, but to free up time, energy, and attention. My job is to help you with:

I do it because I believe in the potential of every business, even those that can no longer see it. I do it because I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed... and also what it means to breathe again..
